Our client is a Financial Intermediary with a renowned brand name across the globe. They are actively expanding their teams and is inviting a HR Generalist to join their team.

About the Role

Part of the HR team based in Singapore, this role has a strong focus on employee relations. You will act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, leading on all ER matters while supporting a wide range of HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and conflict resolution processes.
  • Manage and support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and improvement plans.
  • Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation reviews, contract changes, and offboarding.
  • Partner with leaders and teams to embed HR policies and best practices across the business.
  • Advise on organizational change initiatives, including restructures and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights to drive decision-making.
  • Support with HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving engagement, culture, and people development.

Skills and experience required

  • Proven experience as a HR Generalist with prior experience in Employee Relations
  • Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling complex employee relations cases.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
