Working Location: River Valley Working Hours: 5-day work week (Wednesdays to Sundays) | Off every Mondays and TuesdaysKey Responsibilities: Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage reservations and walk-ins, coordinating seating arrangements efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Handle phone and online inquiries regarding reservations and restaurant information. Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow and dining experience. Assist with guest relations, including handling special requests and feedback. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception/host stand area. Key Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a hostess or in guest-facing roles in fine dining or High-End establishments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
