Responsibilities
  • Oversee mail/document handling, visitor/vendor coordination, mail posting, dispatch schedules, courier services, and mail franking.
  • Reception Counter Management: Oversee mail/document handling, visitor/vendor coordination, mail posting, dispatch schedules, courier services, and mail franking.
  • Office Management: Monitor and restock office supplies, liaise with vendors for orders and payments, and handle invoice clearance.
  • Schedule maintenance and repairs for office equipment.
  • Track contract expiry dates and manage renewals & extensions.
  • Administrative: Updating of new joiners into system; collecting clearance forms and any outboarding materials; maintain and update inventory; assist in event coordination.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Receptionist and Admin Assistant would be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, preferably bilingual.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital technologies.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
