Join a dynamic project to elevate the online presence of a college recruitment start-up based in Oslo. Responsibilities
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of the current website and identify areas for improvement or redevelopment.
  • Design and implement a modern, user-friendly website that effectively communicates the company’s mission and services.
  • Present design concepts and wireframes for feedback and approval.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine content, layout, and user experience.
  • Provide recommendations on best practices for website structure, navigation, and visual identity.
  • Ensure the website is optimized for speed, SEO, and accessibility.
  • Offer post-launch support and potential updates as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in web design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing similar projects.
  • Proficiency in web design tools and platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or comparable CMS.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
  • Ability to translate client requirements and style preferences into effective digital solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working remotely and managing projects independently.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
