Head of Finance - ACCA Careers A well‑known consumer group is seeking a seasoned finance leader to drive multi‑market operations, strengthen controls, and enable international expansion. Client Details We are seeking a seasoned Head of Finance to lead the financial operations of a multi‑entity group with a reputable consumer brand. This role is central to ensuring operational excellence, driving profitability, and enabling expansion across the region. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as a strategic partner while maintaining a sharp focus on day‑to‑day financial discipline in a fast‑moving consumer environment. Responsibilities Oversee a team responsible for end‑to‑end finance operations across outlets and regional entities Lead consolidated reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tailored to consumer business cycles Monitor cash flow, margins, and cost structures to ensure sustainable profitability Implement robust controls for inventory, procurement, and supplier payments Partner with operations teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and product profitability Drive digitization of finance processes (ERP, POS integration, BI dashboards) to support scale Support expansion initiatives, including new market entries, joint ventures, and M&A Manage external auditors and ensure compliance with multi‑jurisdictional regulations Provide commercial insights that directly influence growth and operational decisions Profile Bachelor in Accounting & Finance/Business, with 10+ years of regional finance experience Candidates with direct exposure to consumer industries (retail, hospitality, FMCG, lifestyle) are preferred; alternatively, we welcome those who thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
