The Opportunity This is a unique opportunity to contribute to development of groundbreaking cell therapy products. As a Research Associate, you will engage with world‑class scientists while gaining invaluable experience in R&D. You will perform hands‑on bench work, ensuring timely project completion and the delivery of key objectives. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities Executing in vitro and in vivo Proof‑of‑Concept (POC) research, including culturing, engineering and maintaining mammalian and primary immune cells. Meticulous preparation and documentation of protocols and technical documents, experiments and results. Performing data analysis, organization, presentation, and delivering timely reports. Collaborating with the manufacturing team to develop assays and procedures for manufacturing and quality control. Job Requirements A BS/Ms. in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Stem Cell Biology, Cancer Biology, Bioengineering or a closely related life sciences field. 2‑3+ years of relevant lab experience (industry or academia), including experience in basic molecular and stem cell biology, genome editing or protein engineering techniques. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, organizational and documentation skills. A team mindset, integrity in data handling and highly analytical and critical thinking with a genuine passion for innovation and problem‑solving.
