Role Summary

You will be responsible for delivering robust and efficient semiconductor manufacturing processes with data-driven analytics and systemic problem-solving skills in the Photolithography module.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily operations of photolithography processes, including wafer coating, soft bake, alignment, exposure, post-exposure bake, and development.
  • Work closely with process engineers to monitor manufacturing processes to scale up capacity swiftly and maintain quality and urgency.
  • Continuously improve process stability and capability, enhance quality, reliability, yield, productivity, and safety standards.
  • Assist in conducting experiments, analyzing complex datasets, and deriving actionable insights to optimize manufacturing processes and precise controls.
  • Support analysis of production anomalies and maintain/improve statistical process control (SPC) methods to establish and uphold robust manufacturing processes.
Education & Essential Experiences
  • A Diploma or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Process Engineer, with in-depth knowledge.
  • Experience working in a 12” (300mm) fab would be advantageous.
  • Opportunity to travel to Taiwan for training (subject to needs and expectations).
