Role : Admin/Operation Support Analyst - IT Work Location : Alexandra Road Candidates with capabilities in finance and budget management. The key expected work outcomes include: 2+ years of total working experience. Experience in Preparing andsubmitting finance eMemo/e-CRF on behalf of requestors before current memos expire, ensuring associated documentation is ready and aligned with the Finance teams. Ensuring eMemos are of high quality—accurate data, clear descriptions/comments—and submitted in a timely manner for approval, with contracts signed off by L2 before expiry. Managing the OPEX/CAPEX budgeting internal tracker, including prompt tracking of Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Invoice payments, and Goods Receipt (GR). Coordinating with Procurement for timely renewal of Maintenance and License contracts Tracking of eMemo/Contract activities Raise a case with Supplier and follow-up for tech support Raise a Remedy request for control-m changes Track the invoices and payment Liaise with procurement for vendor contract renewal Track CAPEX and OPEX (Capital & Operational Expenditure) Setup of meetings, capture minutes, follow ups with teams as required All other semi-technical tasks that can be performed within Service Recovery to support the Service Recovery team Domain : Banking #J-18808-Ljbffr
