Job Description :

The Cluster Customer Relations scope includes end-to-end internal and external customer support to ensure complete, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with the Company's policies and related Regulatory Compliance. The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

A. Job Role

1. GIRO

  • Ensure all children are signed up for GIRO.
  • Keep copies of all GIRO forms to track successful and rejected transactions.
  • Observe and adhere to Skool4Kidz's policies to comply with all applicable primary and data protection laws, including Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

2. Arrears & Bad Debts

  • Obtain updates from AFD on the status of GIRO runs twice monthly.
  • Follow up with parents whose GIRO deduction is unsuccessful twice monthly.
  • Inform the Principal of arrears to be collected from parents via NETS at the centres (Oversight).
  • Escalate bad debts to the respective Cluster Operations Director and assist in recovery actions.

3. Reporting and Documentation

  • Provide updates for management on arrears reports when required.

4. Audits Support

  • Support the Principal during internal and external audits.

5. Others

  • Support respective Cluster Operations Directors in operational duties and special projects, if required.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by the Supervisor.

B. Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Aptitude for reviewing data, strong analytical skills, and meticulousness.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to collaborate and support different units/stakeholders.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
