Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and creative execution of marketing collaterals, event visuals, digital campaigns, and branding assets.
  • Conceptualize and produce creative designs for print, digital, and large-format event displays (e.g., posters, banners, social media, EDMs, stage backdrops, booth designs).
  • Ensure all creative materials align with brand identity, guidelines, and client expectations.
  • Work with event and marketing teams to translate ideas into impactful designs that engage target audiences.
  • Mentor, guide, and review work from junior designers to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay updated on design trends, creative tools, and new media formats to keep the brand’s visuals fresh and relevant.
  • Liaise with printers, vendors, and third-party suppliers to ensure final outputs meet quality standards.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional design experience , with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience in both digital and print design , with knowledge of production processes.
  • Strong conceptual thinking, creative flair, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead projects independently and communicate ideas effectively.
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to handle tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, 3D design, or UI/UX design is a plus.
