Job Description Partner with senior stakeholders including C‑suite level as a trusted advisor, providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions. Lead financial analysis of business performance, including variance analysis, trend identification, and forward‑looking insights. Manage the end‑to‑end budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes for designated business areas, ensuring accuracy and accountability. Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support business initiatives, product launches, and transformation projects. Prepare high‑quality financial reports, dashboards, and commentary for management and executive review. Continuously enhance reporting processes, analytical tools, and performance measurement frameworks within the Finance Performance Management team. Ensure robust financial governance, compliance, and risk management across business areas. Who we are looking for Competencies & Personal Traits Delivers timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to support decision‑making Influences business outcomes through strategic financial input Builds strong credibility with senior stakeholders through effective partnering Ensures reliable budget and forecast submissions with minimal variance Drives continuous improvement in performance management and reporting processes Working Experience Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, performance management, or business partnering, ideally within the life insurance industry. Education Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or other professional qualifications such as CPA/ACCA Degree in Actuarial Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
