With a strong digital presence and an expanding team, we are now looking for a creative and organized Social Media Executive to bring our brand to life online.Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Curation Plan, create, and publish engaging and on-brand content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) Collaborate with internal advisors and the marketing team to develop weekly themes, campaigns, and stories Design visuals, reels, and carousels using Canva or similar tools Write clear, compelling captions aligned with Abundant Life Planners' voice and values Strategy & Growth Assist in developing and executing the monthly content calendar Track content performance and optimize based on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics Grow community organically by managing DMs, comments, and follower engagement Work closely with leadership to support recruitment and lead generation campaigns Campaigns & Projects Coordinate ad-hoc projects such as event promotions, webinar campaigns, product spotlights, and lead magnet funnels Support content production for client seminars, career events, and digital lead magnets (eBooks, blogposts, newsletters) Platform Management Maintain and update all official social media accounts and profiles Monitor competitor pages and stay on top of social media trends, especially within finance, lifestyle, and digital marketing Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (fresh grads welcome with strong portfolios) Proficiency in Canva, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok Excellent written English and a strong grasp of visual storytelling Familiarity with financial services, wealth, or lifestyle branding is a bonus Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory): Basic video editing (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush) Bilingual writing (English & Mandarin) Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager or email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Flodesk) What You'll Gain: Hands-on experience working closely with top financial planners and brand strategists A chance to shape the digital voice of one of the most exciting advisory brands under AIA Opportunities to grow into a digital marketing strategist or content lead role Exposure to purpose-driven work, where finance meets faith, family, and future
