Interior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: Prepare and review quantity take-offs for interior construction projects. Estimate material, labor, and equipment costs for interior projects. Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate and detailed cost estimates and budgets. Review and evaluate contractor bids and proposals. Prepare and submit tender documents for interior projects. Track and monitor project costs and expenditures. Ensure compliance with project budgets and cost control measures. Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts. Provide ongoing cost analysis and advice to project teams. Prepare and submit progress claims and variations. Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in interior quantity surveying. Good knowledge of interior construction materials, methods, and costs. Familiarity with cost estimating and tendering processes. Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications or memberships are a plus.
