We are seeking an experienced and passionate ESL Senior Teacher with Academic or Managerial Experience to join our expanding team. This role combines classroom teaching with academic coordination responsibilities, ideal for educators who have experience mentoring teachers, leading curriculum development, or managing programme quality.Key Responsibilities Teaching Duties: - Deliver interactive, engaging lessons in speaking, listening, reading, and writing for young learners and teens.- Prepare students for key exams (KET, PET, AEIS, IGCSE, IELTS, MOE English curriculum).- Adapt lesson plans to address individual learning needs.- Integrate technology and real-world activities into lessons to enhance engagement.- Track and evaluate students' progress and communicate feedback regularly to students and parents.Managerial & Academic Coordination Duties: - Mentor and guide a small team of teachers to maintain teaching quality and consistency.- Oversee curriculum alignment, lesson planning, and assessment standards across assigned levels.- Conduct demo lessons and assist in training new teachers on pedagogy and classroom techniques.- Support academic planning, scheduling, and coordination of group classes.- Collaborate with the Academic Director to develop new courses, placement tests, and training resources.- Liaise with the operations and sales teams to provide updates on student progress and retention strategies.Skills & Attributes: - Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.- Organised and proactive with attention to detail in academic operations.- Culturally sensitive and adaptable to diverse learners and staff.- Proficiency with digital tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, LMS systems) preferred.
