Assist in developing investment strategies based on market trends and economic indicators. Assist in due diligence processes for potential investment deals. Assist in following up on client referrals and contacts. Assist in managing and monitoring existing investments and partner relationships. Assist in managing relationship and account reviews. Assist in monitoring and managing investment liquidity. Assist in negotiating and structuring investment deals. Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals and other marketing materials. Assist in preparing documentation for investment transactions. Assist in preparing financial projections and investment performance reports. Assist in the due diligence process and incorporate the findings into a financial model. Assist in the monitoring and supporting of portfolio companies post-investment. Assist in the preparation of marketing materials for investment products. Assist the assigned IC in resolving client issues and inquiries. Assist the assigned Investment Counselor in resolving client issues and inquiries. Assist the investment team in analyzing early stage technology companies. Assist with any troubleshooting activities regarding the same. Assist with correspondence to clients - quarterly meeting memos, topical briefs, etc..
