Responsibilities This leader will architect and lead the agency's creative strategy function, focusing on integrating brand strategy, creative concepting, and cultural insight into groundbreaking campaigns. Strategic Leadership: Frame and define the creative strategy approach, bridging Business Development, Account Management, and Influencer Community teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Creative Campaign Architecture: Lead the development of influence-led ideas where creators are central to the core creative concept, moving beyond treating influencers as mere media placements. Pitch & Storytelling Excellence: Elevate the agency’s pitch-win rate by developing compelling deck narratives, client-facing presentations, and strong storytelling that showcase strategic thinking. Framework Development: Design and implement a new, comprehensive Creative Strategy framework that is adopted across all internal teams to standardize and scale our approach. Team Coaching & Mentorship: Serve as a High EQ coach to mentor Account Managers and Curators, developing their capability to become strategic storytellers and creative thinkers. Cultural Insight: Maintain fluency in cultural and social trends to ensure campaigns drive not just business results but also significant cultural impact. Thought Leadership: Strengthen the agency’s external reputation by delivering flagship campaigns that redefine influence-led creativity and establish the agency as a thought leader. What We're Looking for: Experience: 8–15 years of progressive experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, or integrated marketing. Agency Type: Background from social-first or hybrid creative agencies (e.g., BBH, Virtue, We Are Social, etc.) where rapid, culturally relevant creative is key. Influence Expertise: A proven record of successful campaigns where influencers were demonstrably central to the creative idea, not an afterthought. Core Skills: Exceptional abilities in storytelling, presentation, and cross-functional leadership across business development, client management, and community teams. Personality & Leadership DNA Mindset: A Visionary but grounded approach, capable of balancing big ideas with practical execution and executional empathy. Collaboration: A Collaborative and ego-free style, focused on building new capabilities and mentoring teams to think more strategically and creatively.
