Senior Associate Scientist – GSK, Singapore – Jurong Posted Date: Oct Responsibilities Conduct all laboratory activities in a cGxP manner (e.g. ALCOA) as per R&D and site quality procedures. Generate, review and/or approve analytical test results to support release/rejection of finished substances by Quality Assurance. Generate analytical test results for raw materials, intermediates, and packaging components. Strong practical knowledge in HPLC, GC, Karl Fisher, and FTIR. Become familiar with specialist techniques (e.g., LC‑MS) in support of specific projects. Review and/or approve analytical test results to support release/rejection of raw materials, intermediates and packaging components. Generate, review and/or approve cleaning verification/validation analytical test results to release manufacturing equipment for clinical use. Author specifications, sampling instructions, methods, training materials, and other quality control procedures and reports. Validate analytical methods (e.g., cleaning method validation). Validate new instruments (e.g., IQ/OQ/PQ) to appropriate standards. Maintain (e.g., calibrate) analytical laboratory equipment. Participate in GMP audits and ensure corrective actions are timely closed out. Ability to develop and use dashboards and visualizations that use data to support business operations. Ability to use data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) to make data‑driven questions. Qualifications Diploma in Science or Life Sciences with at least 10 years’ experience, or Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or Life Sciences related discipline with at least 3 years’ experience. Demonstrate commitment to cGMP and EHS compliance. Ability to understand, apply and evaluate basic analytical principles. Willingness to work flexible work hours when required. Ability to work in a fast‑paced / agile environment. Demonstrate competencies in planning and executing multiple tasks. Location: Singapore – Jurong #J-18808-Ljbffr
