Responsibilities

• Design and Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis and design of civil and structural components for a range of projects, utilizing your expertise to create innovative solutions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams to develop integrated, cost-effective design solutions that meet project goals and client needs.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, reports, and specifications to support project delivery and ensure clear communication of design intent.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to relevant structural codes, regulations, and safety standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and safety.
• On-site Support: Provide valuable on-site support during construction phases, applying your problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise.
• Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, technologies, and best practices, contributing to the team's knowledge base and innovation efforts.
• Project Support: Assist the Project Manager with various projects and tasks, showcasing your versatility and commitment to team success.

• Educational Background: A Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution, demonstrating a solid foundation in engineering principles.
• Professional Experience: Ideally, 5 years of practical experience in specialist building works, but candidates with less experience are also encouraged to apply if they have a passion for structural engineering.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with engineering design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAADPRO & AutoCAD
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with creative thinking to tackle complex engineering challenges.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with structural codes and regulations in Singapore, with a commitment to staying updated on industry standards
