Customers will reach out to you via phone calls, and it will be your responsibility to handle complex situations, ensure customer satisfaction, and aim for a one-contact resolution. Your main goal will be to uphold UA Brands" reputation for excellent service in our Contact Center.The ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to work during US working hours, holidays, weekends, and occasionally overtime when necessary.**Responsibilities:**- Responding to incoming customer inquiries or concerns, researching issues, and providing resolutions within specified time limits.- Handling sensitive customer data with professionalism and confidentiality.- Providing support with billing, order processing, refunds, and troubleshooting.- Balancing company policy with customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction without compromising the company's interests.- Assisting other departments during periods of lower customer contact.**Required Skills:**- Excellent active listening, verbal, and written communication skills in English and Spanish.- Ability to work effectively with different personalities.- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.- Good decision-making and analytical abilities.- Proven work ethic and a team player mentality.**Required Experience:**- Experience in handling international phone calls, preferably in a US Process.- Minimum 2 years of Call Center phone support experience with a US Retailer or E-Commerce platform.- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.- Proficiency in Spanish at C2 Level.- Experience working remotely.- Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to US Retail and E-Commerce phone call processes.**Workspace Requirements:**- Quiet, private, distraction-free work environment with a reliable internet connection of 100 MBPS and 9 hours of power backup.**Location:**- Remote (Work from Home)By joining UA Brands, you will enjoy workplace flexibility, working from the comfort of your home without the need for commuting.
