Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to our CEO. This unique role combines traditional executive support with a passion for animals, particularly dogs. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is exceptionally organized, and has a genuine love for dogs, as they may be involved in pet-related aspects of the CEOs daily life and work environment. This position can be based in Maui or performed remotely with a strong commitment to collaboration and communication. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence. Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Assist with strategic planning, project management, and day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations. Manage and organize documents, presentations, and reports with high accuracy. Coordinate personal and professional commitments of the CEO, including pet care arrangements and lifestyle support as needed. Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items for meetings. Research, analyze, and provide summaries on topics as directed by the CEO. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and common project management tools. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and proactive thinking. Genuine love for dogs and the ability to assist in pet-related responsibilities. Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining accountability and meeting deadlines. Experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives in dynamic environments. Experience in project management, travel coordination, or lifestyle management is a plus. Prior experience working with remote teams is highly desirable. Working Hours Full-time position (40 hours/week). Flexibility may be required to accommodate the CEOs schedule and urgent priorities. Remote work possible with occasional in-person meetings if based in Maui. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Advanced organizational, planning, and multitasking capabilities. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and handle sensitive information confidentially. Comfortable managing both professional and personal priorities in a balanced manner.
