Location: Kaki BukitWorking Days: 5.5 DaysJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects in the Metal Sheet Department . The role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning, design, and fabrication to installation ensuring high-quality delivery, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction. The Senior Project Manager will also mentor junior staff and drive process improvements within the department.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple metal sheet projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, maintaining strong professional relationships. Review and approve technical drawings, material specifications, and fabrication/installation methods. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking. Conduct site inspections and ensure all work meets safety, regulatory, and quality standards. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Identify potential issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions proactively. Mentor and guide junior project managers, engineers, and coordinators. Prepare project progress reports and present updates to senior management. Continuously improve departmental processes, workflows, and efficiency. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience in metal works, façade, cladding, or construction , with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role. Strong technical knowledge of metal sheet fabrication, welding, and installation. Proven track record in managing large-scale or complex projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software. Valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
