Job Responsibilities Perform daily maintenance checks on the assigned company's vehicle and report any faults discovered. Sort and allocate mails and parcels. Operate the company vehicle to deliver and collect mail items and parcels (ranging from 10-30kg) at/from assigned locations. Monitor and track delivery and collection status using the in-house application in real-time. Update delivery and collection progress within the application to ensure accuracy. Communicate with supervisors, customers, or stakeholders to resolve issues or delays. Report discrepancies, delays, or issues to the supervisor for resolution. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Valid Singapore Driving License (Class 3). Proficient in using a smartphone. Ability to speak and write English, as work involves reading manuals and communicating with customers. Open to Singaporean candidates with or without relevant experience; training will be provided. Additional Information Work schedule: 5.5 days a week, Monday to Saturday. Location: Singpost Regional Ecommerce Logistics Hub, 37 Greenwich Drive, Singapore . Compensation: Monthly salary + vehicle allowance + annual wage supplement + variable bonus + medical coverage for employee and dependents + flexible benefits + operations incentive based on KPIs. Sign-on bonus: $1000 (terms apply).
