About the Role We are looking for a meticulous, numbers wiz who can hit the ground running, ensuring the smooth operation of our orders. Your role is to support Minifiglabs by maintaining the inventory levels of our LEGO® parts, working out costings for projects and arranging shipments. We also expect someone with an openness to learn new pipelines, and who can work in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment.At Minifiglabs, we operate in a casual office environment but are very serious about producing high-quality work with unparalleled results. As part of a growing team where our individual job titles mean little and quality of work means everything, you will be held accountable to a high standard and expected to pitch in where needed across the board.What A Day Looks Like @ Minifiglabs: Understand the parts and production requirements of a project Consolidate prices from various suppliers Procure stock from suppliers Keep track of shipments Use our in-house calculator to work out production costs Prepare cost presentations Arrange DHL shipments Arrange local courier Warehouse inventory management Online retail orders management We do our best to avoid OT-ing unless necessary.
