About the job Technical IT Business Analyst Our client, a leading semiconductor company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Business Analyst with a strong background in both ServiceNow and the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in improving and streamlining our business processes within the semiconductor environment utilizing ServiceNow. Responsibilities : Analyze and document business requirements for ServiceNow and semiconductor initiatives Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement ServiceNow and semiconductor solutions Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements Provide recommendations for process improvements and increased efficiency in both ServiceNow and semiconductor processes Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, production, quality control, and supply chain teams Provide training and support for end‑users on ServiceNow and semiconductor processes and systems Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision‑making Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ServiceNow and the semiconductor industry Proven experience with ServiceNow and similar software systems such as BMC software and SolarWinds Strong understanding of business processes, including customer service, sales, production, quality control, and supply chain management Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines If you are a driven and talented Senior IT Business Analyst with experience in both ServiceNow and the semiconductor industry, our client wants to hear from you This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on a leading company and drive process improvement.
