We are seeking highly motivated Business Analyst with good knowledge & experience in Murex Front Office to service our client, a top investment bank in Singapore. As a Murex Front Office Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Front Office solutions in Murex. In this role, you will gather and analyse business requirements, configure and test Front Office modules, and work closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle - from scoping to go-live. You will play a key role in driving high-quality results and ensuring that business objectives are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse business processes and functional requirements, perform gap analysis between existing and required solution to drive the delivery of relevant user requirements documentation.
  • Hands-on work with Murex Front Office to configure and test to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Liaise with customers to scope, gather, review, and implement their Front Office business/functional requirements.
  • Work with the users to test, achieve signoff (UAT), and move the system toward go-live.
  • Closely work with the Stream Lead to manage customer expectations on timelines.
  • Support clients with the development of their own internal project plan, including the identification of key setup and configuration tasks, scope considerations, timeline, etc.
  • Responsible for training users on basic use of the system, new functionality, etc.
  • Assist in system integration, data migration and implementation.
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree, in Quantitative Finance, Applied Finance, Banking & Finance Business Analytics or relevant discipline.
  • Possess working experience on Murex Front Office (Pricing, Simulation, Pretrade) is a great plus.
  • Good knowledge of SQL, VBA Excel, and Oracle Database.
  • Sound knowledge & functional experience on at least 2 asset classes. E.g. FX, MM, FIX, IRD.
  • Experience in the implementation or support of a Front Office system within a bank.
  • Able to work in a team environment, focused on providing high quality of service to the client.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to handle priorities and manage business expectations.
  • Strong and demonstrable problem solving/ analytical skills.
