Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our team and support projects within the banking and insurance sectors . The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, preparing BRDs and FSDs, supporting UAT, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective IT and business solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders in the banking and insurance sectors.
  • Assist in preparing business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications (FSDs), and use cases.
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly translated into technical solutions.
  • Support testing activities by preparing test cases, performing UAT, and coordinating with users for validation.
  • Participate in meetings and workshops to understand current processes and propose improvements.
  • Track project progress and maintain updated documentation and status reports.
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources to support decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment of business needs with IT deliverables across various projects.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, insurance, or financial services.
  • Experience in writing clear business documentation and working with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Salary budget up to 4600 SGD
