Team Leader

• You are a dedicated professional with 6 to 8 years of experience in the role of TL-Performing Servicing. Your expertise in MS Excel and background in mortgage-related domains like foreclosure claim file servicing and escrow administration make you an ideal candidate for this position. This role involves working night shifts at the office with no travel obligations.As a Team Leader, your primary objective is to lead and motivate your team to achieve and maintain standards of quality and productivity. You will report to the Team Manager or Operations Manager for any issues, questions, or concerns. Your leadership responsibilities include actively leading and motivating your team, being aware of team issues, strengths, and weaknesses, promoting company ethos, and implementing solutions to prevent attrition. In terms of operations, you should have experience in US Mortgage Escrow, understanding of escrow products, knowledge of core logic activities, tax reporting, HUD, initial escrow statements, and more. You are responsible for ensuring team members meet productivity and quality targets, maintaining smooth operations, resolving daily issues, and providing excellent customer service.Teamwork is essential, so you should create an environment that fosters teamwork, encourage participation in team events, and contribute to continuous improvement by raising performance standards and inviting suggestions from the team.Appraisals are part of your role, where you conduct and document monthly reviews, provide feedback focusing on performance rather than personality, and be open to receiving feedback. Qualifications for this role include a graduate degree, 6+ years of experience in US Mortgage Servicing, Default Servicing, Escrow, good knowledge of US Mortgage Banking Loan Servicing cycle, and a minimum of two years in a team-handling role. Key skills required are interpersonal skills, time management, planning, organizing, MS Office proficiency, flexibility in shifts, good communication, knowledge of the US Mortgage industry, and holding a Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Certification.,
