Business Education Trainer

If you have a passion for the development and deployment of in-person and online training programs and want to join a passionate and ambitious team, then this might be the place for you Job Responsibilities : Plan and deliver educational training on a regular cadence to diverse audiences, from entry level to professional level (agencies, clients, resellers, developers) in virtual and in-person format. Support the Regional Team's operations by closely working with the Regional Lead, the BETP (Business Education Training Partner) and other regional members (the Program Manager and Coordinators). Stay on top of Ad marketing solutions and updates on products. Continuously review all training material in your assigned markets to ensure they are consistent and up-to-date. Collect and analyze training insights from your assigned market(s) and share them with your manager and the cross functional partners in the region / market. When needed, support BETP with education planning and strategic conversations with partners in your assigned markets. Support with content quality check reviews and translations when required. Training Planning Meet the sales team in your assigned market(s) on a regular basis to understand their education needs, and build a monthly training calendar based on them to provide support. Actively share your training updates and calendar with the cross functional partners in your assigned market(s) (via meeting, email, Workchat, Workplace post, etc.), and ask for driving attendance for your training sessions. Share your RSVP / Attendance status and post-event analysis with your agency / sales partners in assigned market(s), and ask for additional audience drive when necessary. Training Delivery: Deliver a selected number of Business Education training Programs using all existing curricula, depending on market and audience needs to our all audiences (expected to deliver 150 training hours per half). Quality Assurance: Check in with Coordinators on the set up of the Training to ensure quality and attendance. Gather and share feedback and insights on the training you are delivering to their manager as requested. Provide feedback to the content team on curriculum for improvements. Support with any language translations for the respective markets, and support other regions when required. Acquire and maintain Certifications in company's Media Buying, Media Planning & Creative Strategy + any other credentials relevant for the role (i.e. Specialist Badges). Participate in product updates meetings provided by the product team if available, self-educate on product changes and new product releases through various resources. (e.g. Workplace Groups, Help Center articles, Company News Blog, eLearning. etc.). Actively share discoveries and best practices of company's marketing solutions with the Business Education Global Training & Content Team.
