Project And Demand Involvement

  • Lead projects and initiatives within the CBS IT Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Telco domain, ensuring delivery within timelines and budget.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand problems and initiatives.
  • Perform solution design from initial scoping to deployment, including documentation, testing, and deployment management.
  • Work with technical teams and SMEs to fulfill end-to-end solutions.
  • Engage with vendors, negotiate costs, and oversee quality.
  • Present solutions confidently to business and non-IT audiences.
  • Ensure solutions align with strategic roadmaps and standards.
  • Support testing phases like UAT and PET.

Production Involvement

  • Lead Incident and Problem Management for CRM, from detection to resolution.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.
  • Develop SOPs for recurring incidents and follow up for resolutions.
  • Lead data reconciliation efforts in Production.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure stability and control incident rates.

Skills To Succeed

  • 7-8 years in ICT with proven project delivery experience.
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Experience in BSS areas like Ordering, Billing, CRM, MEC.
  • Knowledge in OSS areas such as Service Order Management and Resource Management.
  • Over 5 years in project delivery and fulfillment domains.
  • 2+ years in programming languages like Java, Groovy, or PL/SQL.
