Conduct performance reviews, plan daily activities, and assign work to achieve departmental objectives. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all material management processes comply with US Navy, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and relevant quality standards. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential supply chain disruptions. Required Education, Experience & Skills Experience: Minimum of 6 years in supply chain, materials, or logistics management. Experience managing global supply chains and international logistics, including customs and freight management.
