We're looking for a visionary Creative Producer to join Mash and to work on innovative programmes for a multi-national technology company. This is a senior role for someone who lives and breathes social-first integrated marketing, and knows how to transform ambiguity into culturally relevant, shareable content by marrying brand, creative and social.

From ideation through to delivery, you'll lead the creative process for campaigns that shape how the brand shows up across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce standout brand moments that connect meaningfully with audiences across SEA. This role requires travel.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the brand voice in one of the world's most dynamic regions.

About the Role

  • Lead end-to-end development and production of integrated, social-first campaigns that align with brand and business objectives.
  • Translate briefs into bold creative concepts and content across video, static, interactive, and live formats.
  • Manage all phases of creative production – from scripting and storyboarding to shoots, post-production, and final delivery.
  • Collaborate with agencies, freelancers, influencers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, platform-native content.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and audience behaviours to create engaging and innovative work.
  • Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring on-time, on-brand delivery.
  • Solve creative challenges with agility, bringing clarity to evolving or ambiguous briefs.
  • Use social listening and campaign data to inform, adapt, and improve future creative strategies.

About You

  • 10+ years of creative production experience, with a strong portfolio in social-first, brand-led campaigns.
  • Proven track record of delivering culturally resonant content and experiences across SEA.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence diverse teams and senior decision-makers.
  • Deep understanding of production workflows, budgeting, and cross-platform content development.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset – comfortable balancing creative direction with production execution.
