Responsibilities
  • Be the friendly face at our front desk, managing feedback, phone calls, and appointments with professionalism and care.
  • Deliver outstanding patient interaction and assistance, ensuring every visit is comfortable and welcoming.
  • Support doctors during consultations, contributing to seamless and efficient patient care.
  • Oversee patient billing and collections with accuracy and empathy.
  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold the highest health and safety standards in the clinic, ensuring a tidy and well-organized environment.
  • Manage inventory meticulously, ensuring stock is updated and available when needed.
  • Handle corporate and insurance claims, including letters of guarantee and pre-authorization submissions.
  • Tackle administrative tasks and ad hoc duties assigned by the doctor or Clinic Head with a proactive attitude.
Qualifications
  • Certified in Phlebotomy: Your expertise is essential to our team - we are looking for someone with a phlebotomist certificate
  • Experience Matters: While 1+ years in the field is a plus, we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous and organized individuals will thrive here.
