Bank Operations Officer

Process customer transaction such as deposit, withdrawal, transfer and foreign exchange
Provide operational support such as inward/outward remittance transactions
Ensure all instructions submitted by internal stakeholders are accurately processed and released within the currency cut-off times.
Manage the GIRO crediting and debiting
Conduct timely client callbacks
Assist in counter transactions on rotational basis
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree
with at least 1 – 2 years’ experience in bank operation roles
Good communication and people skills
Able to adapt to changing priorities, workload, and operational requirements in a fast-paced environment
