Responsibilities
  • Prepare daily payments and raise payment vouchers to Finance team
  • Reconcile monies and ensure all transactions are accurately reflected
  • Process client documentation, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured and recorded
  • Process client's account maintenance requests
  • Handle enquires from internal and external counterparties
  • Archive client documentation and trade records systematically and securely
  • Prepare and submit various administrative documents as required
  • Perform any ad hoc duties assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department
Experience
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in financial operations
  • Competency in Excel (preferred)
Education
  • Academic: Diploma and above (preferred)
