Key Responsibilities Inventory Management - Plan and update system parameters based on monthly consumption, optimizing stock levels to meet inventory targets. Order Management - Manage Purchase Orders and ensure accurate updates in SAP. Follow up on orders to ensure timely shipment and delivery of materials. Stakeholder Coordination - Work closely with stakeholders on inbound shipments, ensuring updates in SAP are accurate and timely. Handle filing of shipping documents for goods receipt activities and verify invoices to prevent discrepancies. Cross Trade Shipment Management - Facilitate direct drop shipments from the factory to the customer, ensuring compliance with Free Trade Agreements for import duty rebates. Claim Management - Process claims related to vendor defects. Material Master Management - Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the Material Master in SAP, including standard length, HS code, and planned delivery time. Operational Efficiency - Ensure that operations meet customer requirements while adhering to company policies for quality and efficiency. Ad-hoc Duties - Assist with any additional tasks, projects, or reports as assigned by the Manager. Skills & Qualifications Minimum Certificate in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Materials, or Logistics Management. At least 2 years of experience in supply chain operations. Experience with SAP is preferred. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and advanced Excel functions. Competency in written and spoken English. Strong problem-solving abilities, with data-driven analytical and reasoning skills. Experience in managing 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners.
