This role is pivotal in shaping our technology landscape and ensuring that our systems and processes align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technology trends, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the technology strategy and roadmap aligned with the organizations objectives. Technology Product Ownership: Own Automation and AI products which form a critical part of our Business Process Optimisation solutions offered to customers Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, excellence in execution and continuous improvement. Technology Integration: Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies and tools to improve processes and systems with the goal of partnering with best in class solutions first wherever possible. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Risk Management: Identify potential technology risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Budget Management: Develop and manage the technology budget. Optimize resource allocation and cost-effectiveness. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze technology performance metrics. Report on progress and outcomes to senior management. Innovation: Drive technological innovation by exploring new trends and technologies that can provide a competitive advantage. Evangelist Thought leader and evangelist responsible for acting as the face of the company internally and externally.Job Requirements and Credentials:Essential Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certifications is a plus. Experience: Proven experience as a technology leader (CXO - 1) in implementing leading edge technology projects and diverse teams in BPO, Technology Solutions businesses Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.Desired Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development, Automation, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data management. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, manage cross-functional projects, and drive strategic initiatives. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.,
