A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• This role is responsible for managing our 3PL partner in running respective area of the Singapore Hub DC operation;

• Ensure service levels, KPIs and budget targets are met

• Owner of QMS documents and be a trainer/auditor to 3PL partner

• Escalation point for 3PL for day to day issues

• Management of CAPA and SIR related to warehouse operations

• Monitoring and working with the 3PL on the optimal daily workload plan to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and sustainable way, continually looking into changes the workflows that will improve customer satisfaction while providing cost savings or cost avoidance in either dollar, process improvement, inventory reduction terms

• To identify, analyze and implement changes that simplify, standardize and improve processes, and provide innovative and flexible solutions.

• Work closely with QA/RA, legal, Trade compliance teams to ensure any process change meets regulatory and quality policy requirements before presenting it in a business case

• Keep abreast of industry trends, provider capabilities, technology capabilities, best practice across various industries and conduct proof of concept analysis that they can bring value to the MDT organization

Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
