MEAT CUTTER

The Production Operator contributes to food production operations by setting up his/her work stations, and handling the equipment within the plant to prepare ingredients, food products and packaging. He is expected to adhere to food production requirements, food safety parameters and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure that the food products manufactured are free from contaminants and safe for consumption.He works in a food production environment and may be required to work shifts. He should be comfortable with repetitive work activities, working in accordance to schedules, operating machinery, as well as exposure to physically demanding work conditions such as long standing hours, hot and/or cold temperatures.Perform processing tasks in the meat factory, maintain hygiene and safety standards.Operate machinery for cutting, slicing, and packaging meat products.Inspect meat for quality and remove any defective items.Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols during processing.Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
