Marketing & Events Associate – Leading Consulting Firm

Our client, a respected consulting firm with a strong regional presence, is seeking a Marketing & Events Associate to support its business development and marketing efforts across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and has a passion for delivering high-impact events and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of this Marketing & Events Associate – Leading Consulting Firm:

  • Lead the planning and execution of client-facing and internal events, including seminars, roundtables, and networking functions
  • Support business development efforts by preparing pitch materials, proposals, and client presentations
  • Coordinate sponsorships, marketing campaigns, and event-related communications
  • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral and digital content to support brand visibility
  • Maintain BD pipelines, CRM data, and experience records
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with consultants and marketing teams across the region

Requirements of this Marketing & Events Associate – Leading Consulting Firm:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in events, marketing, or business development, ideally within professional services
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end event logistics and stakeholder coordination
  • Strong writing, project management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially minded
