Job Responsibilities- Provide hands-on support for daily production troubleshooting, process optimization and yield improvement.
- Identify root causes of production issues, implement effective corrective actions and drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and improve yield.
- Troubleshoot and optimize injection molding processes to enhance process stability, product quality and production efficiency.
- Support and improve secondary manufacturing processes, including assembly, masking, spray painting, coating and dicing.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality and Engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues and implement effective process improvements.
- Drive initiatives to improve process consistency, productivity, product quality and overall manufacturing performance.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in injection molding, process troubleshooting and optimization.
- Experience in secondary manufacturing processes, such as assembly, masking, spray painting, coating or dicing, is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to improve production yield, reduce defects and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Proactive, independent and hands-on, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and production personnel.
