Our Commercial Risk Solutions team works with clients across Singapore to provide high quality risk management advisory and risk transfer solutions. What The Graduate Programme Will Look Like As a Commercial Risk Solutions Graduate, you will be immersed in real client advisory and broking work, collaborating closely with seasoned Aon professionals. You will partner with Aon solutions teams from across industries and underwriters‑solving complex problems and helping clients make big decisions better.

Economic shifts, technology acceleration, evolving demographics, and emerging threats such as cyber risks and climate volatility are reshaping global risk. You will help clients navigate this uncertainty and thrive in a fast‑moving world.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with clients. Discover client’s business and organizational needs in a holistic manner, including identification and assessment of risks for clients across diverse industries.

Participate in client consulting discussions and support the development of risk management strategies, risk transfer insurance programs, and tailored recommendations. Design, strategize, place/renew, and manage insurance programs across more than 60 general insurance solutions.

Review risk and insurance program performance, perform claims data analysis, and offer risk improvement recommendations. Help interpret contracts and clarify insurance obligations to empower clients’ decisions.

Manage databases and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing clients’ risk portfolio and optimizing risk transfer insurance program. Assist in preparing impactful reports, presentations, and proposals.

Collaborate with overseas Aon Offices to service local operations of global clients and manage global insurance programs built for local compliance. Lead overseas Aon Offices to provide coordinated and seamless service for clients.

Champion clients’ global risk management philosophies across borders. Master high‑quality global account management via GAMS (Global Account Management System).

Design, structure, negotiate, and place a wide range of insurance program solutions, including regional and global programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance underwriters, loss adjusters, and technical experts.

Work with Aon Claims team to ensure efficient claims processing and navigate complex claims involving loss investigations, claims quantification, and negotiation with insurance companies. Stay sharp on latest market developments, regulatory changes, and emerging risks affecting clients and the insurance landscape.

Propose solutions across risk, insurance, and other solution spaces that Aon offers. Collaborate closely with various Aon business units, specialties, and regional resources to deliver appropriate Aon United solutions for clients in a holistic manner.

Keep up to date on Aon IQ and a wide range of cutting‑edge solutions across all Aon business units. Stay plugged into Aon’s latest intelligence, technology tools, and value propositions.

Qualifications

& Skills Fresh graduates able to commence full‑time employment in July 2026. Great at thinking critically, solving problems, and using data to guide decisions.
