Overview

Job description: Manage a relationship with the Principal Equities Market Making team in the U.S. and assist with wholesale liquidation of risk positions into APAC. Manage and nurture strong relationships with client organizations to drive client success and satisfaction. Provide high-quality execution services for global and regional equities to institutional clients. Actively source and grow new business opportunities, contributing to the expansion of the client base. Collaborate closely with internal teams including research, compliance, risk management, and technology to deliver seamless execution and service. Monitor and interpret global equity markets, providing timely insights and updates to clients. Ensure all trading activities comply with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and best execution practices. Contribute to strategic planning around platform enhancements, market access, and electronic trading solutions. Support the Head of Trading in mentoring junior staff and promoting a high-performance, client-focused culture.
