SAP ECC MDG and S4HANA Sr Business Systems Analyst

As a SAP ECC, MDG, S/4HANA Specialist at Illumina, you will play a crucial role in expanding access to genomic technology and realizing health equity for billions of people worldwide. Your key responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining SAP ECC modules such as MM, SD, PP, LO, HR, FI, and CO to meet business requirements. You will develop ABAP code with a deep understanding of RICEFW concepts, including reports (Classical, ALV, Module Pool), interfaces (IDoc, RFC, WebServices), conversions (BDC, BAPI, LSMW), enhancements (Exits, BAdi), forms (Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts), and workflows modification and development.

In the realm of Master Data Governance (MDG), you will be responsible for data modeling by adding and mapping new fields in the backend to ECC tables, displaying new fields in the UI, and modifying existing CR processes if necessary. Additionally, you will configure BRF+ and MDGIMG for Change Requests and perform OOABAP coding with knowledge of enhancement concepts and WebDynpro/FPM architecture.

Having a solid understanding of S/4HANA architecture is essential, including familiarity with the new data model, simplified structures, and technical architecture. You should also be proficient in data migration tools and techniques, such as DAP Data Services, SAP Migration Cockpit, and ETL processes best practices.

Your expertise in HANA database concepts, custom code adaptation for S/4HANA compatibility, integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems, project management, technical solutions development, and documentation and training will be critical in ensuring the success of projects and major company initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating cross-functionally, recommending new systems and upgrades, testing software programs, and creating detailed documentation and providing guidance to other business analysts.
