This Oracle SCM Techno-Functional Consultant role supports global Oracle EBS R12 and Fusion Cloud implementations across Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay. He/she will deliver end-to-end lifecycle from requirements to BAU support, combining SCM functional expertise with hands‑on integrations, data migration, reporting and customizations in an Agile environment. Description Key Responsibilities Own the full application lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and post‑go‑live support Define and document AS‑IS / TO‑BE business processes and functional specifications Configure and develop application components, workflows, integrations, reports, and data conversions Design and execute functional, unit, and system integration testing Lead user training and manage UAT activities Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and process‑related issues Manage BAU support, change impact analysis, vendor coordination, and Oracle EBS R12 to Fusion initiatives Profile A successful candidate would have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification At least 5-7 years' experience with multiple end‑to‑end Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud implementations in SCM, including mandatory Order-to-Cash exposure Strong hands‑on expertise across Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, WMS, Pricing, Order Management); GTM or RFsmart is a plus Solid technical skills in Oracle Fusion data structures, integrations, reporting, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and related frameworks Proven experience in Oracle Cloud data migration and conversion tools (FBDI/FBDL, ADFDi) Good understanding of Oracle PaaS/SaaS architecture, Agile/SCRUM delivery, and EBS to Fusion migration projects Effective communicator with end‑user environment experience, strong attention to detail, positive mindset Job Offer Why this role?
