Qualifications and Experience: WSQ/Diploma/ Advanced Certificate Early Childhood Education or a related field. Passion for fostering children's growth and development. Strong understanding of child development principles and pedagogy. Effective communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, creativity, and adaptability in the classroom.
