The SP Engagement Specialist role at Lithium Urban Technologies involves building and maintaining strong relationships with Service Providers (SPs) while ensuring compliance with company policies. You will drive technology adoption, manage the SP lifecycle, support city leads, track productivity, and provide performance reports. Your focus will be on identifying areas for improvement and enhancing operational efficiency through training initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Relationship Management: Cultivating strong relationships with SPs, addressing concerns, and ensuring policy adherence.
  2. Technology Adoption: Achieving 100% tech adoption in SP lifecycle management.
  3. Communication & Safety: Facilitating communication with SPs and operations teams to maintain standards.
  4. SP Engagement & Strategy Development: Creating engagement strategies and managing SP lifecycle.
  5. City Lead Support: Assisting city leads in SP management tasks.
  6. Productivity & Planning: Monitoring SP productivity and optimizing resource utilization.
  7. Attrition Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing SP attrition trends.
  8. Performance Reporting: Providing updates on SP performance and maintaining MIS.
  9. Audit Support: Assisting with audits through documentation and process understanding.
  10. Process Improvement: Identifying gaps and implementing improvements in SP management.
  11. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to compliance policies.
  12. Training & Development: Developing training calendars for SPs and staff.
  13. Market & Operational Awareness: Staying informed about market trends and operational needs.
  14. Site Visits: Conducting visits to strengthen relationships and understand challenges.

Qualifications: Bachelor's in Business or Operations Management, 2+ years in vendor/partner management (preferably in logistics), strong communication, proficiency in data tools, knowledge of compliance and safety standards.

This is a full-time, in-person position at Lithium Urban Technologies focused on efficient SP engagement and operational effectiveness.
