As a Junior Content Creator, you are required to create content on platforms such as Instagram, Meta and other trending social media platforms. This involves working in partnership with the respective stakeholders including Social Media Managers, Strategists and other Creative talent to develop and create content that drives engagement. You will play an active role in production and execution from start to end whenever necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ideation & Strategic Acumen

• Understand what the client is seeking to achieve and translating this into effective ideas
• Able to work on briefs across industries.
• Proactive in bringing new ideas/concepts for the brands/clients they work with
• Constantly striving to deliver disruptive ideas
• Communicate and present rationale for recommending creative ideas through effective presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Curious about the business and how it works with an open mind and willingness to learn this side.

Content Production

• Passionate about craft, continuously learning and developing to deliver work of the highest quality.
• Responsible for shooting and editing content across formats (video, photo, short-form social content) as the core of the role.
• Capture and produce engaging content at live events, ensuring timely and relevant delivery across platforms.
• Collaborate and support the content creation process on multiple projects through all phases of production, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors to deliver great work.
• Solid knowledge of production processes, digital media, and content creation tools and techniques.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to complete work on brief, on brand, and on deadline.

Digital Acumen

• Constantly up skilling, proactively keeping up with trends in the content creator arena including platform formats and knowledgable in incorporating them into creative work
• Up to date with popular culture/trends/technology/practices and know when to adopt/adapt this information effectively into the work

People Management

• Work effectively in a team, able to support the team in requirements
• Understand the escalation structure within the team and the organisation
• Clear on professional code of conduct within the Agency regulations, policy and culture

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Knowledge required

• a. 1 - 3 years working experience as a creative.
• b. Knowledgeable and understanding of the latest innovations, trends and developments in our industry.
• c. A proven track record of previous success, as well as a determination to continue to succeed
