Enterprise Marketing Manager - SEA Snowflake empowers enterprises to achieve their full potential and fosters a culture of impact, innovation, and collaboration. As the Enterprise Marketing Manager for Southeast Asia, you will work closely with the account team to develop and drive targeted key account programs. Your role will generate awareness, quality pipeline, accelerate sales cycles, and nurture customer advocacy and adoption. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams, managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment while driving pipeline generation through enterprise and ABE initiatives to meet or exceed revenue goals. Responsibilities Identify SEA enterprise market requirements and opportunities, develop go‑to‑market strategies, and align with sales and cross‑functional teams. Develop and implement end‑to‑end enterprise marketing programs, including ABE, executive engagement, demand generation, joint partner programs, and industry‑specific initiatives. Identify the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts. Engage and maintain direct alignment with sales and cross‑functional teams for pre‑ and post‑event communications and campaign promotions. Drive program executions within budget, logistics, timelines, and vendor management. Evaluate campaign impact and ROI to determine success and forecast future investment. Qualifications 10+ years of proven multi‑channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross‑functional leaders. Creative thinking and the ability to generate ideas for robust 1:1 and 1:many campaigns. Experience building and delivering enterprise field marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs, and joint partner activities. Hands‑on execution ability with effective project and time‑management skills. Organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to anticipate sales needs and attention to detail. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
