Director of Digital Banking Strategy & Growth Constantinople is a cloud-native, all-in-one platform that provides banks with the infrastructure, banking products, and operational services needed to operate efficiently. The Director of Digital Banking Strategy & Growth is a senior leadership role that defines, champions, and executes the company’s digital banking roadmap, driving market share expansion, digital adoption, and revenue generation across web, mobile app, and API services. What You’ll Do Define and maintain the digital banking strategy and growth objectives, ensuring alignment with the bank’s overall strategic priorities. Conduct continuous competitive analysis and research on emerging fintech trends, regulatory changes, and consumer behaviors to identify new growth opportunities. Lead innovation sprints and explore emerging technologies (AI/ML, Open Banking, embedded finance) for integration into the core product ecosystem. Own the digital P&L, driving strategies to maximize non-interest income and increase cross-sell and upsell of core banking products through digital channels. Develop and execute growth-hacking and adoption strategies (A/B testing, personalization, optimized user journeys) to significantly boost daily and monthly active users and digital transaction volumes. Define, monitor, and report on key digital metrics, including Customer Lifetime Value, Cost of Customer Acquisition, Digital Service Utilization Rate, and Net Promoter Score. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in the Financial Services, Banking, or Fintech industries. 5+ years in a senior strategy, growth, or product leadership role focused on digital channels. Proven ability to build and own a business case, manage a budget, and demonstrate a measurable ROI from digital initiatives. Deep expertise in leveraging data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau) to derive actionable customer insights. Expert-level knowledge of modern digital marketing, UX design principles, and Agile development methodologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
