- The Director Head of Shared Services / Center of Excellence at Visa plays a crucial role in leading, scaling, and nurturing a high-performing team of subject matter experts and project managers across the Asia Pacific region. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary client projects, ensuring excellence in project delivery, resource utilization, process improvement, and knowledge retention to empower your team to drive impact for clients and Visa's business.Your responsibilities will include providing leadership and day-to-day management for a centralized team, overseeing the delivery of client projects, driving operational efficiencies, cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, implementing processes to enhance project delivery and risk management, supporting the strategic growth of the Shared Services/CoE, fostering a culture of high performance and inclusion within the team, and overseeing metrics and reporting on team performance.This role is critical to Visa's ambition to scale and transform the Managed Services business across Asia Pacific, delivering exceptional value to clients, driving business growth, and advancing Visa's position as a trusted partner for execution and innovation.To be successful in this role, you should have an advanced degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields, along with 15+ years of progressive experience in consulting, managed services, or analytics. You should also have demonstrated expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management, resource management, and driving operational excellence. Additionally, experience in building or leading a center of excellence or shared services team, familiarity with agile methodologies, digital transformation, and strong business acumen will be beneficial.If you are passionate about developing talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving change within a global organization, and are willing to travel as required to support clients and team members across the region, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact with a purpose-driven industry leader like Visa.,
